Recruiting Parent Volunteers proven most successful
One of the best sources of dedicated volunteers to deliver Junior Achievement programs to the children in your classroom is parents. With a child in the classroom, these dedicated volunteers have a personal interest in the successful outcome of the Junior Achievement experience. Statistics indicate that the most effective "teams" occur when a classroom teacher identifies and recruits their own volunteer.
To assist in this process, Junior Achievement is pleased to provide a short power point presentation that can be shown at "welcome back" night at the start of the school year or to the PTA/PTO at any point during the year.
